Using this service, you can verify balances, perform and verify transfers, access loan information and even have a temporary statement faxed to you, all free of charge.
To gain access to your account information you will be asked for your PIN number. The first time you call you'll be asked for your social security number. To maintain confidentiality, you will then be prompted to change your PIN number during that first call.
